左占宣，男，博士，副研究員。主要從事結構抗震能力評估與設防、強地震動特征研究。主持國家自然科學基金、國家重點研發計劃政府間國際合作重點專項課題、黑龍江省自然科學基金等科研項目5項。發表論文30余篇，其中SCI檢索20余篇，獲得發明專利3項，參與出版學術專著一本，入選黑龍江省第二批高層次人才。
